OUR MISSION

– To provide social work services and necessary supports to children and parent(s) in order to re-strengthen family unit of at risk families so that children can be 1) prevented from being neglected, abandoned, maltreated and abused, 2) remained and properly taken care of by their own family, 3) prevented from being long term institutionalized without any plans for the child’s permanent family, and 4) reunited with their birth family.

– To place children who need out-of-home care to a trained and supervised ‘foster family’ during the period that a permanent family placement for the child cannot yet be identified- To place homeless children for adoption.

– To improve quality of care and services for children living in the governmental orphanages.

– To cooperate with local GOs and NGOs in advocacy for the unmet needs of children/ families and the development of laws/policy & quality services to ensure children welfare and protection.
